| 摘 要： | 山西经济发展过程中,突现了"能耗"、"环保"和"科技"三块"短板",山西社会建设的任务越来越突出。民生科技作为解决民生问题的科学技术,它的发展与山西历史语境、科学语境和社会语境紧密相关。历史语境体现山西民生科技发展的继承性与突破性;科学语境体现山西民生科技发展的科学维度;社会语境体现山西民生科技发展与转化的社会机制。
