| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国人口老龄化呈持续加剧之势,关注老年人的居住生活方式,探索养老住宅产业发展模式具有十分重要的现实意义。特别是在北京、天津等特大城市,房价飞涨,环境喧嚣,养老住宅产业的发展面临种种困难,举步为艰。值得庆幸的是,京津冀都市圈的区域一体化进程加速,冀北地区小城市与北京、天津互补性很强,养老住宅产业的发展可以从区域的角度统筹规划,协调发展,既可以解决部分大城市老人的养老问题,又可以促进周边小城市的发展,另外,还能在一定程度上抑制大城市房价的过快上涨。
