| 摘 要： | 定位和特色是实现高职院校可持续发展的两大基本主题。为了实现这一目标,高职院校应在准确定位的基础上,以学生职业技能培养为核心,提高教学质量为保障,强化师资队伍建设为保证。文章在总结经验的基础上,从发展定位、模式优势、师资建设、实践教学和就业教育途径等方面,探讨高职院校的可持续发展。
