Analyze the Trade Issue of "Gray Custom Clearance" to Sino-Russia

"Gray Custom Clearance" is the bottleneck problem restraining development of China and Russia's trade,it needs Sino-Russia to work together to solve this problem,strengthen the exchanges of the different aspects.Chinese side should make great efforts to improve itself to adapt to the new market environment,open up the new field of trade cooperation,seek the new managing way,strengthen the employer's organization to contain by itself.Meanwhile,the government should appear to require the Russian side to reduce customs' tariff.The Russian side should provide safeguard to regular custom clearance,strengthens the attack to " gray custom clearance ".
