福建南平集体林权制度改革回顾与思考

Reform of Collective Forest Property Right System in Nanping of Fujian

The paper first reviewed the reform process of collective forest property right system in Nanping city, located in Fujian province. Then it analyzed its status and existing problems. On the basis of them, it provides some countermeasures to further the reform of collective forest property right system, such as to unite correct ideas as one, give more propaganda, transfer forestland in line with law, better solution for history problems, etc.
