| Abstract: | Lean Enterprise is the extension of Lean Production in the supply chain. In essence,it is a kind of supply chain mode,belonging to the complex giant system.Compared with the general supply chain,Lean Enterprise can decrease the complexity of administration,focusing on the value of products,reducing cost and increasing the efficiency of the whole supply chain. |
