中国林下经济发展的空间分布特征研究

利用中国公布的28个省份2012年林下经济产值数据,运用空间自相关分析方法研究中国林下经济发展的空间分布特征。研究结果表明:中国林下经济的发展在总体上呈现出微弱的离散分布特征;林下经济高值集聚现象主要集中在东北和华北区域,低值集聚现象主要集中在西北和西南地区;森林资源禀赋、区域经济发展程度和林下经济政策均不同程度的影响到中国林下经济发展的空间格局。因此,各省市要结合实际情况,利用资源优势和区域经济优势,加强与周边林下经济发达或核心省份的分工与合作,通过生产资料的完善与关联机制的不断强化带动林下经济发展。

Research on Spatial Distribution of Under-Forest Economic Development in China

In this paper,the data of output about under-forest economic development,which contain28 provinces and have been released in 2012,were used to study the spatial distribution in China based on the method of spatial autocorrelation. The results showed that the current development of China's under-forest economy presented a phenomena of faint discrete distribution in general; The phenomenon of under-forest economic agglomeration of high value regions mainly concentrated in the Northeast and the North; The phenomenon of under-forest economic agglomeration of low value regions mainly concentrated in the Southwest and the Southeast; The forest resources,regional economy and policy on under-forest can make an influence on the spatial distribution of under-forest economy in some extent. Therefore,in conjunction with the actual situation,every province should promote the development of under-forest economy by taking advantage of the resources and economy,strengthening cooperation with developed neighboring provinces,improving the means of production and associating the mechanisms of production.
