基于人口统计变量的林业专业合作组织成员满意度差异性研究

通过对云南省263个林业专业合作组织成员的问卷调查,应用T值检验和单因素方差分析等方法,分析了人口统计变量对林业专业合作组织成员满意度的影响。实证研究结果表明:⑴人口统计变量是影响林业专业合作组织成员满意度的重要变量,但对满意度各维度的影响存在差异性;⑵林业专业合作组织成员年龄与民主满意度呈正相关关系;⑶与组织领导、专业大户和村干部相比,无论是民主满意度、服务满意度还是分配满意度,一般农户的满意度最低;⑷社龄与服务满意度显著负相关,与分配满意度显著正相关。

Research on the Differential Effect of Demographic Traits on the Farmers' Satisfaction in Specialized Forestry Cooperative Organization

Based on questionnaire survey data of 263 farmer specialized cooperatives in Yunnan province,this paper uses the method of T test and one-way ANOVA for empirical research on the effect of demographic traits on the Farmers' Satisfaction. The empirical results show that: ⑴Demographic variables are important variables that affect the farmers' satisfaction of specialized forestry cooperative organization,and there are some differences in the effect of the demographic variables on the various dimensions of satisfaction. ⑵Age is significantly positively-correlated with democratic management satisfaction. ⑶Compared with the Organizational leadership,professional large family and village cadres,farmers' satisfaction is lowest in both democracy satisfaction,service satisfaction and distribution satisfaction. ⑷The time of joining in the cooperatives is negatively positively-correlated with service satisfaction,and positively-correlated with distribution satisfaction.
