管涔山国家森林公园游客体验质量评价研究

建立了包括旅游资源环境体验、旅游活动内容体验、旅游活动服务体验和旅游基础设施体验4个维度制约层次评价指标和16个维度目标层次评价指标的国家森林公园游客体验质量评价体系,利用调查问卷数据,采用模糊综合评价法测度了游客对管涔山国家森林公园景区产品体验质量。结果表明:旅游者对旅游资源和设施体验的评价较高,而对于旅游服务和旅游活动质量的评价较低。因此,提出应充分营造和展现其特有的森林自然体验环境和旅游设施体验环境;设计出富有特色的森林旅游体验活动项目;着力提高森林旅游相关设施建设力度与服务水平的政策建议。

Study on Evaluation of Tourist's Experience Quality in National Forest Park of Mount Guancen

This article was a case study of National Forest Park of Mount Guancen. First of all,we made an evaluation model of the tourist' experience quality which consisted of 4 first-level evaluation indexes,including scenic services,tourism resources,tourism experience and tourism facilities and16 second-level evaluation indexes. Through the survey of tourists' concern and satisfaction towards National Forest Park of Mount Guancen products,we found out the overall evaluation of the experience quality towards National Forest Park of Mount Guancen products by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results was found as follows: tourists thought that the experience quality of tourism resources and facilities was more higher than tourism services and tourism activities. we analyzed the problems currently affecting the tourists' experience quality. At last,we propose to increase the strategy of the quality of tourist's experience from three aspects: one was to build and display its unique forest natural and tourism facilities experience environment; another was to design a lot of distinctive forest tourism experience projects; the last one was to improve the forest tourism related facilities construction and service level.
