| 摘 要： | 转基因动物不仅可以用来研究基因功能,也可按照人的意愿改良动物的遗传品质,为人类探讨疾病发病机理,寻求有效治疗途径,提供筛选和鉴定药物的理想模型;改良家畜生长特性,提高饲料利用率和产量,为人体提供异体移植器官和生产珍贵药物蛋白。转基因动物研究蕴含着巨大的经济价值,具有非常广阔的应用前景,在国际上成为生物工程的投资热点之一。本文主要对转基因动物的应用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Transgenic animal can be used not only to study the gene function,can also to improve the quality of the animal and provide the ideal model of drug identification,to discuss the human disease pathogenesis and research for the effective ways for treatment,to improve the livestock growth characteristics and improve the feed efficiency,to provide the human transplant allogeneic organs and drug protein.Genetically modified animal research contains enormous economic value and has broad prospect of application.It＇s a biological engineering investment hotspot.We review the application of transgenic animals in this paper. |
