| 摘 要： | 备案是出口木制品检验的首要环节,目前的做法从出口企业准备资料到备案完成,存在环节繁琐、效率低下、统计汇总和查阅不便等弊端。本系统可实现网上申报,建立企业数据库,在检验监管时实行动态管理,快速反应,信息预警,定期公布检验情况,互相交流,从而全面提高检验检疫人员和企业的技术水平。

| Abstract: | Recording is the first procedure of export wooden products inspection.Traditionally,export enterprises prepare the relevant files and submit them to CIQ branches,the branches examine the files and submit them to provincial bureaus,which is complex,inefficient and labor-intensive.This system puts online declaration into effect.Database of relevant information of export enterprises is built which is helpful to supervise them dynamically,alert rapidly and communicate among CIQ inspectors.Technical levels of inspectors from CIQ and staff from enterprises are improved accordingly. |
