| 摘 要： | 以两起跨文化交际失误为例，探讨了旅游专业学生跨文化交际能力的培养模式，指出了要提高跨文化交际能力，必须改革课程体系和教学内容，改进教学方法和手段，重视课堂中的文化教学。
