摘    要:本文在已发表的过程能力指数4个基本特性基础上,通过引入“目标值M”,将单侧公差问题科学地转化为对称公差求解,不仅推导出单侧公差无偏情况下的CpUr和CpLr公式,而且推导出单侧公差有偏情况下的CpUk和CLk公式;通过设置辅助线U或L将非对称公差问题科学地转化为对称公差求解,不仅推导出非对称公差无偏情况下的Cpa公式,而且还推导出有偏情况下的Cpak公式。此外,列举典型案例详细分析和比较。

Abstract:On the basis of the four basic properties of process capability index published, the problem of unilateral tolerance is to be changed into symmetrical tolerance scientifically by introducing "the target value M", not only the CpUr and CpLr formulas for unilateral tolerance with no deviation are deduced, but also the CpUk and CpLk formulas for unilateral tolerance with deviation; the problem of asymmetric tolerance is to be changed into symmetricl tolerance scientifically by means of setting the line of U or L, not only the Cpa formula for asymmetric tolerance with no deviation is to be put forward, but also the Cpak formula for asymmetric tolerance with deviation. Besides, the typical case is cited to analyze and compare with.
