| 摘 要： | 十八大提出的“富强、民主、文明、和谐，自由、平等、公正、法治，爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”的社会主义核心价值观，是当代中国价值理念的顶层规范。我们必须致力于社会主义核心价值观教育，构建起培育社会主义核心价值观、践行“新疆精神”的现实场域，形成各族人民面向未来的共同信仰和精神依托，为新疆跨越式发展和长治久安提供精神动力与价值支撑。

| Abstract: | Socialist core values, put forward in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, can be regarded as the top value standard in contemporary China. We should devote ourselves to the socialist core values education, build up the cultivation of socialist core values, practice the ＂Xinjiang Spirit＂, and form shared beliefs and spiritual support for the people of all ethnic groups for the future, to offer the mental strength and value support to the leap - forward development and long -term political stability in Xinjiang. |
