| Abstract: | Facing the challenge of knowledge economy,this article studied the necessity and the ideas of building the inventive system of land and resources. It also discussed the relationship between the inventive system of land and resources and national inventive system.At last,it studied the function of government in the process of building the inventive system of land and resources. |
