| 摘 要： | 国家实施天然林资源保护工程对于社会经济的发展和生态环境的改善,具有重要的现实意义。清河林区实施天保工程后,无论从经济、文化、社会保障等方面,均有了较大程度的提高。介绍了清河林区的基本情况,并对其人力、物力、财力的投入效果进行了绩效评价。

| Abstract: | The project to protect natural forest resources for socio-economic development and improving the ecological environment has an important realistic significance.After implementing the project of natural forest protection, whether the economic, the cultural or thesocial security has increased in a greater degree in Qinghe forest bureau .Briefly introduced the Qinghe Forest's basic situation and evaluated the performance of human force, material and financial resources investment. |
