| 摘 要： | 湖南物流业的发展对湖南经济的发展起着重要的作用．然而金融危机对湖南物流业的发展带来影响。用综合分析法对影响进行了系统分析，并在此基础上提出了营造促进物流业发展的外部环境、加大物流重点设施建设、开辟多务渠道筹集资金、培育第三方物流业市场、加强信息化和人才队伍建设等方面采取的对策。

| Abstract: | Logistics industry plays an important role in Hunan's economic development. However, the financial crisis has an impact of logistics industry in Hunan. According to an integrated analysis, the logistics industry in Hunan Province should develop the external environment construction, focus on facilities construction, and develop multiple channels to increase funds. The industry also should enhance the third party logistics market, strengthen IT systems and develop qualified personnel etc. |
