浙江民营经济发展问题研究

民营经济是浙江经济的显著特征和突出优势，在经济社会发展中发挥了不可替代的重要作用。进入新世纪以来，浙江民营经济发展呈现出实力提升、结构优化、活力增强、开放扩大、贡献提高以及党的建设全面加强的新特点。展望未来，浙江民营经济发展面临诸多机遇和挑战，必须抓住机遇，应对挑战。进一步优化民营经济发展环境；着力推进民营经济转型发展、创新发展、开放发展、集约发展、和谐发展；全面增强民营经济的综合实力和国际竞争力；为浙江实现由制造大省向创造强省转变，由经济大省向经济强省发展，由建成全面小康社会向提前基本实现现代化跨越作出新的更大贡献。

On the Private Economy Development in Zhejiang

Private economy is typical in Zhejiang and has played an indispensable role in the social economic development. Since the beginning of the new century, Zhejiang private economy has revealed its new characteristics, such as the promoted competence, optimal structure, increased vitality, more internationalized, more contribution, and stronger CPC leadership. In the future, Zhejiang private economic development will face both challenges and opportunities. Therefore, Zhejiang private economy should further optimize its development environment, promote its transformation, innovation, opening-up, collectivism and harmony. It is also required to increase its comprehensive competence and international competitiveness, to make Zhejiang from a manufacturing province into a creative province, from a big economic province into a strong economic province, and from a well-off province into a modernized province.
