摘    要:随着经济全球化进程的加快和后工业社会的到来,组织不得不越来越频繁地进行各种变革,这对企业和员工的职业管理提出了严峻的挑战。在这种形势下,企业和员工应当积极地采取各种有效的行为策略,以加强对职业生涯的管理,从而实现员工的职业成功。

Abstract:With the acceleration of economic globalization and the arrival of post-industrial society,an organization has to face more and more frequent reforms,and pose more challenges for the employees and organizations. In this condition, the employees and organizations should actively take various effective behavior strategies to strengthen their career management, so that they can have more chances to realize their career success.
