Jointly building and sharing is the foundation of a harmonious society,embodying the essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Rapid development represents the most remarkable achievement in the new period.The most pressing problems are unfair distribution and great income disparity;the way to solve the problems lies in how to design the system and to remove institutional barriers.The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made the following historic contributions: the people's livelihood is becoming the focus of great attention;the ideas,policy options and specific work arrangements to improve the people's livelihood are put forward comprehensively and systematically.It indicates that China is entering a new age of comprehensively improving the people's livelihood and sharing the development results.It also shows that the building of a harmonious socialist society is entering a new era,whose foundation is becoming more and more solid and sound.
