农村人口风险问题与社会保障政策研究

在风险社会理论视角下,结合人口社会学理论和系统科学理论,具体对中国农村人口在数量分布、结构、流动、社会保障和质量等方面所存在的安全问题给予了分析和研究。根据我国社会主义新农村建设和统筹城乡社会发展的需要和目标,深入分析了造成我国农村目前人口风险问题的制度性和社会性原因,对此提出了符合和谐社会发展要求的社会保障政策和措施。
