| Abstract: | The paper points out that the neo-trade theory has its weakness in theoretic explanation for it tends to view the interna-tional economy and trade from the market activities with the assumption that the market systems of various countries are basically sound.Moreover,it touches upon the system innovation which is considered as supplementary to the neo-trade theory. |
