| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育从精英阶段过渡到大众化教育阶段,大学生就业也进入了一个"大众化就业"时代,这给中国的就业问题带来了前所未有的挑战.为此,政府需要加强对经济、社会保障制度、就业市场等方面的建设;为大学生提供公平、公开、公正的就业环境,以逐步缓解大学生的就业压力.
