| 摘 要： | 连锁经营是国际上普遍采用的一种现代化商业经营体系，近年来在我国也已进入高速发展阶段。文章探讨了连锁经营的发展历程及其基本特征与实质，总结了我国连锁经营的实践情况，提出了发展我国连锁经营的五项原则。
