摘    要:简述了非金属膨胀节的定义及基本特点,以废液焚烧炉膨胀节为例,分析了事故发生的原因及处理办法。经过分析比对金属与非金属膨胀节的优缺点,结合该装置的实际情况,以及故障处理的成功经验,详细阐述了非金属膨胀节在高温高硫腐蚀工况下的结构形式、工作原理。

Abstract:Describe the definition and characteristics of the non-metallic expansion joints,take liquid waste incinerators expansion section for example,analyze the cause of the accident and narrative of the solutions to the problem and its principle.Through analysis and comparison of metal and non-metallic expansion joint and its advantages and disadvantages,combined with the actual situation of the device,and fault treatment success experience,elaborated non-metallic expansion principle structure,festival in high temperature sulfur corrosion conditions.
