| Abstract: | Based on the actual situation of the Songhua River basin and the water resources management requirement,the paper puts forward the framework of the Songhua River basin water resources allocation model.The project area and the model structure are introduced in details,the series of work would be made in the next stage,include the parameter calibration,the future related planning establishment,etc,which would provide the better services for the water resources management. |
