| 摘 要： | 全球化和地区化成为当今国际社会中并行不悖的两种趋势,二者相辅相成,既有联系又有区别.其中,地区化是全球化的基础,全球化将是地区化的最终结果.在东亚,地区主义为中国发展与周边国家关系提供了新的机遇与空间.冷战结束以后,中国与东盟国家的关系得到了全面的恢复与发展,正处于中国与东盟国家关系发展史上最好的时期,是中国发展与周边国家关系的一个典范.
