| 摘 要： | 我国东、西部的发展差距在进一步增大，过高的交易成本成为西部经济发展的障碍。降低交易成本，促进西部经济快速发展的路径包括：赋予西部地方融资权；引入市场竞争机制，降低社会管理成本；树立市场化人才配置观，保障优秀人才实现创业夙愿；建立和完善合理的城市体系，形成区域经济的“增长极”。

| Abstract: | The development gap between east part and west part of China is further enlarged, and too high transaction costs are the barrier of economic development of west part of China. The path for reducing transaction costs and promoting rapid economic development in west part of China includes giving partial financing right to west part of China, reducing social management cost, guaranteeing advanced talents to realize entrepreneurship will, establishing and optimizing reasonable urban system and forming regional economic growth pole. |
