| 摘 要： | 作为交换式关系的重要结果及企业发展的重要因素——关系满意得到了更多的关注,但现有研究主要集中在对其内涵、维度以及相关影响因素的探讨,忽视了对关系满意水平差异的考察。本文的主要贡献就在于将关系满意水平差异纳入了关系满意的研究,提出了关系满意2x2矩阵,即构建以经济满意和社会满意为核心维度的2x2的关系满意矩阵,并揭示了在不同关系满意水平下,基于强制性权力的控制、基于非强制性权力的控制、契约控制、专项投资和关系规范控制机制使用的差异性和特点。

| Abstract: | Relational satisfaction,considered as a variable reflecting the relationship attributes and affecting the relational marketing and corporate development,gets more and more attention.Existing researches of relational satisfaction concentrate on its connotation,dimensions and the factors and ignore its difference levels.The main contribution of this paper is that it first brings the difference of the relationship satisfaction into the relevant research and forms a satisfaction 2×2 matrix,and then discusses the difference of the use of the control mechanisms in different levels of relationship satisfaction. |
