| Abstract: | The most essential point of Deng Xiaoping's talents theory is talents are the foundation of nation rejuvenation. The core and quintessence of it is to respect knowledge and talents.The important content of it is to adhere to the principle of being oriented to the world,to future and to modernization, cultivating a new, socialist-minded type of people with ideal,moral,education and discipline.The destination of it is to set up a scientific mechanism of choosing and using talents according to the principle of revolution, juvenscence, profession and education. |
