| 摘 要： | 告知义务是保险法最大诚信原则的重要组成部分。我国保险法对告知义务的规定存在着缺陷和不足，因此应在告知义务主体的范围、告知义务的内容、告知义务的免除、违反告知义务必须具备的主客观要件以及违反告知义务的法律后果等方面进行修改和完善。

| Abstract: | The notification liability is a major component for the maximum trust principle of the insurance law. There are defects and imperfection in our insurance law on the notification liability. Modification and improvement should be made on the subject scope, content, exemption of the notification liability and the legal consequence due to the violation of the notification liability. |
