| Abstract: | Effect factors of supply chain inventory costs are analyzed from several aspects such as bullwhip effect, optimal batch sizing and so on. Based on synthesizing these factors, measures to reduce supply chain inventory costs are presented, i. e. choosing appropriate suppliers and pushing JIT stock and so forth in order to improve supply chain efficiency. |
