| 摘 要： | 从法律角度，结合我国企业土地资产的发展，存在形式和权利状况，本文就股份制改革中国有企业土地资产的法律问题，亦即：在土地公有制条件下，股份制企业使用的国有土地能否成为企业资产，其权利和如何依法界定作了较系统的探讨。
