| 摘 要： | 本文从分析证券公司全面风险管理的定义入手,梳理出证券公司全面风险管理所包含的框架,在此基础之上,分析了我国证券公司风险管理实施平台、风险管理过程和风险管理监管等现状。最后,提出了我国证券公司实施全面风险管理的策略。

| Abstract: | This paper expatiates the definition of Enterprise-wide risk management(ERM),the factors of Enterprise-wide risk management system and the relation of the factors,analyzes current situation of risk management of the Securities Companies of our country presently.Then we put forward our suggests for improving the level of ERM of our Securities Companies. |
