同感心新型护理模式对高龄产妇分娩的临床疗效分析

目的探讨同感心新型护理模式对高龄产妇分娩的临床疗效。方法选取2012年5月至2013年5月于我院分娩的高龄产妇60例,按住院病历单双号分为观察组和对照组。观察组30例,采取同感心新型护理模式,对照组30例,采取普通护理模式。结果两组产妇焦虑、抑郁缓解程度比较,产前焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分无差异,而产后SAS评分及SDS评分,观察组均明显低于对照组。对产妇分娩时疼痛程度得分比较,观察组疼痛所占比例为66.7%,对照组疼痛所占比例为86.7%,观察组疼痛程度明显轻于对照组。结论同感心新型护理模式,可减少高龄产妇焦虑和抑郁等不良情绪,降低生产过程中的疼痛感。

Analysis the Clinical Efficacy of new Care Model named Empathy for Elderly Delivering Puerpera

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the new care model empathy for elderly delivering puerpera. Methods 60 cases of eldedy puerpera from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital childbirth,according to hospital medical record number odd and even numbers divided into observation group and control group.Observation group 30 cases,take care of new care model empathy,30 cases in the control group,taking ordinary care model.Results The degree of prenatal SAS and SDS scores had no difference,between two groups of maternal anxiety and depression,relieve the postpartum SAS and SDS score of observation group was significantly lower that of the control group. Pain scores compared to elderly puerpera,the proportion of observation group was 66.7%,control group was 86.7%, the degree of pain in the observation group was significantly lighter than that of the control group.Conclusions New care model empathy, reduce maternal anxiety and depression in the elderly and other negative emotions, reducing the production process pain,promote life and improve the quality of life of patients.
