| 摘 要： | ABC分类管理法是广泛应用于库存商品管理的一种方法,但其在零售业尤其是中小型超市应用中却存在一定的局限性。文章从传统的ABC分类管理法出发,分析了其在中小型连锁超市库存管理应用中的局限性,根据中小型连锁超市库存的特点对传统ABC分类管理法进行了改进,并结合S超市的应用实践,研究其在中小型连锁超市库存管理中的改进应用。
