| Abstract: | The establishment of oil reserves is very important to safeguard the petroleum security in our country.However,the implementation of oil reserves needs the inside and outside condition,which requires not only the domestic policy's safeguard,but also adopting the export-oriented petroleum strategy based on an effective running oil market. |
