“管理沟通”课程教学法的开发及效果分析

摘    要:论文主要阐述了针对"管理沟通"课程教学中出现"越好越好"和"越坏越坏"的"马太效应"及学生课外练习不足的问题,应用质量功能展开(QFD)方法,从课程功能需求出发,到实现功能的教学方法体系的开发,再到配套的教学软硬件建设,形成一整套教学法开发与改革计划并加以实施,取得了选课人数显著增加、学生满意度提高及学习成绩上升等良好的教学效果。

Abstract:This thesis elaborates the "Matthew Effect"("the rich get richer" and "the poor get poorer"),and the issue concerning the insufficiency of the students' extracurricular exercises emerged in the teaching process of the "managerial communication" program.The Quality Function Deployment(QFD) method has obtained favourable effects,such as the significant accession of the course selecting number,the incensement of the students' satisfaction,and the improvement of the students' grades,etc.,based on the functional requirement of the curriculum,the development of the realizable function of the teaching method system,and the construction of the well-matched teaching software and hardware.
