| 摘 要： | 汽车整车制造厂产品质量追溯过程控制是汽车缺陷产品追溯过程中很重要的一个环节,它牵涉到汽车整车生产过程中的冲压、焊接、涂装、总装和检测等五大工艺流程的质量控制与产品追溯,零件数量和控制的内容多,牵涉的人力、设备、管理体系的内容多,难度大。产品质量追溯全过程控制是解决这个问题的一个有力措施。

| Abstract: | The control of product quality tracing of automobile manufacturer is a very important link during the automobile defective product tracing.It involves the quality control and product tracing of five major technological process of stamping,welding,painting,assembling and testing during the automobile producing.It includes large number of parts and controlled contents.It relates to large amount of manpower,equipments and manage contents.It has great difficulty.It is a forceful measure to solve this problem the whole process controlling of product quality tracing. |
