基于层次分析法的供电企业组织绩效评价研究——以G省地市供电局为例

摘    要:供电企业是关系到国计民生的基础服务行业,其组织绩效的提升对居民生活、经济发展和公共安全都有重大意义。本文以G省地市供电局为研究对象,通过指标筛选,用层次分析法赋权,构建了一套全面科学的组织绩效评价模型。以此为基础,计算了21个地市供电局组织绩效得分,并对H供电局进行了深入分析,明确组织绩效的优劣势,为其发展规划提供指导建议。本文研究对于供电企业集团战略部署及供电局组织绩效提升具有明确的实践指导意义。

Abstract:The power supply enterprise is foundational service industry which related to the people's livelihood.It's organizational performance is important to the ascension of the residents' lives,economic development and public security.Based on the power supply bureau of G province as the research object,by index selection,with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) empowerment,the paper built a comprehensive and scientific organizational performance evaluation model,based on this,calculated the 21 supply power supply bureau organization performance score,and thorough analysis of H power supply bureau,cleared the advantages and disadvantages of organizational performance.This paper has clear practical significance for the provincial company strategic plan and power supply bureau organization performance promotion.
