摘    要:随着环境污染的加剧,电力系统发生污秽闪络事故也日趋严重,目前常用的防污措施均为被动防污措施,缺乏对绝缘子表面状态的了解,具有一定的盲目性,资源消耗较大,特殊情况下不能及时发现和杜绝闪络事故。通过研究绝缘子发生污闪的机理,利用有限元方法分析对绝缘子电场分布,证明通过测量绝缘子泄漏电流来判断污秽程度的可行性,建立一套基于GSM无线通讯技术的绝缘子泄露电流在线监测系统,对输电线路和变电站绝缘子污秽程度进行在线监测,使值班人员能够及时掌握污秽情况,实现污闪事故的提前预防。在线监测系统的软件界面可以直观、方便地了解到所监测绝缘子的绝缘污染状态,对整个变电站绝缘子的污染状态提供参考价值,能够更科学地制定清扫计划,节约大量人力和物力,对预防污闪事故和保证电网安全运行提供了一种科学的监测方法。

Abstract:With increasing environmental pollution,pollution flashover of power systems is becoming increasingly serious.The current used anti-pollution measures are passive anti-pollution measures,lack of understanding of the insulator surface,with a certain blindness and large resource consumption,and the flashover cannot be the timely detected and eliminated in special circumstances.Through research on the mechanism of insulator pollution flashover,this paper used limited Yuan method to analyze insulator farm distribution,proved the feasibility of judging the dirty degree through measurement insulator leak current,established a online monitoring system of insulator leaked current based on GSM wireless communications technology,to defect the child dirty of transmission line and substation insulated degree online,timely master dirty situation by operators in charge,and achieve ahead prevention.Through the software interface of online monitor system,we can intuitively and easily learn the insulation pollution state of monitoring insulator,provide reference value for the pollution state of entire substation insulator,develop more scientific cleaning plan,save a lot of human and material resources,and provide a scientific monitoring to the prevention of pollution flashover accident and safe operation of the power grid.
