| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了风险矩阵决策的基本原理和思路，探索了其在房地产项目决策中的应用，并对该方法进行了评析。方法应用实例表明，该方法应用于风险型项目决策，具有更优越的特点，并为利用计算机进行决策创造了有利条件。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the fundamental and thought of risk matrix to make decision, probes into the method to apply in making-decision of real estate projects, and comments this method. The application instance indicates that making-decision of this method for risk projects will have more predominant than other technique and this method creates advantage for making-decision using computer. |
