摘    要:本文试图揭示战略执行问题中的一个经常被忽视的误区,即企业在战略执行的过程中普遍缺少战略的内部沟通。这往往会导致企业在执行战略的时候产生偏差,最终使得原来制定的战略无法得到有效地贯彻和执行。作者通过对战略沟通障碍的分析,提出战略沟通的一些原则以及进行有效战略沟通的基本模式。

Abstract:This paper tries to reveal an often - neglected part in the strategy implementation. During the implementation of a company strategy, the company often pays less attention to the internal communication of the company strategy. This may lead the implementation of the company strategy to the wrong direction. And the result of the implementation of the company strategy is beyond the o riginal expectation. Through the analysis of the obstacles in the strategy communication, the author gives some basic models in building up the effective strategy communication model in this article.
