| 摘 要： | 在经济飞速发展的今天，微小企业已经成为促进社会和谐发展不可或缺的一部分。但是融资难一直是阻碍其发展的瓶颈。而民间金融利用大量的闲置资金能够很好的解决这一难题。通过研究发现，民间金融与微小企业之间形成了一种相互联系、相互依赖的关系，即两者之间存在共生关系。

| Abstract: | As the rapid economy development, small enterprises play important role in promoting the harmonious society development. However, financing is difficult until now, and private finance can solve the problem by using lots of funds. The paper finds the interdependent relationship between private finance and small enterprises, or in other words having symbiotic relationship. |
