| 摘 要： | 广西传统工业粗放型增长积重难返,传统工业向新型工业转型不是一蹴而就的事情,必须找到实现转型的切入点。从内在机制来看,循环经济是转型的重点;从外在机制来看,开放经济是转型的保证。文章概括了广西传统工业发展的现状,分析转型的机制,指出转型的矛盾和障碍,提出转型的具体对策。

| Abstract: | The extensive expanded traditional industry ingrained habits are hard to change in Guangxi.Its modernization can not be done at one go,to find the key point.From the interior mechanism,circular economy is the key project of transformation.From the exterior mechanism,open economy is the guarantee of transformation.This essays discusses the current situation of traditional industry in Guangxi,analyses the mechanisms of transformation and the difficulties the contradictions of transformation,and gives the countermeasure. |
