Traditional commercial banks are typical "departmental bank".There are a lot of(shortcomings) in its business procedure,organization constitution,and management style and enterprise culture."procedure bank" is a brand new management model and it's a business procedure set up(according) to clients and market demand.And then allocation of employee will be arranged according to the business procedure of the institute;Operation procedure has gone though adjustment,and forming procedure model which will prevent repetitive labor and improve management efficiency;surrounding operation procedure,different parts are closed connected to each other which promotes resource(allocation) efficiency.From "departmental bank" transferring to "procedure bank" is the main direction in the operation reform of China commercial banks.
