| 摘 要： | 以上海实业外联发为DELPHI的看板拉动管理为例,对第三方物流企业与生产制造企业和供应商在整个供应链上的协作模式作了一些探讨。分析了第三方物流企业利用信息技术手段对生产制造企业的看板拉动管理的动因、模式及其带来的效益。
