| 摘 要： | 核心能力是企业持续增长的源泉,房地产企业保持持续发展的关键在于通过企业价值链对产业动态变化的感知,然后调整企业内部价值活动,结束原有核心能力的生命周期,完成核心能力的跃迁进入新的生命周期以满足产业动态的更迭的需要。在构建房地产企业价值链的基础上,通过对产业动态和价值链的相互作用分析来探讨房地产企业核心能力生命周期的演化机理。

| Abstract: | Core competence is the source of the sustainable development of enterprises.When lifecycle of core competence comes into the necessionary stage,leading core competencies into the new lifecycle is the key of the sustainable development of real estate corporations through the perception of industry dynamics depending on the internal value chain.By constructing the value chain of the real estate corporations,this paper analyses and explores the shifting mechanism of core competence of real estate corporations based on the interaction between industry dynamics and value chain. |
