管理学基础理论课教学改革探讨——从个人体验角度阐释管理学的教学尝试

在管理专业基础理论课程的教学过程中，由于学生感性经验的缺乏，给授课带来一些难以避免的问题。例如，学生对管理学理论兴趣不足，理解不全面、不渗透等等。笔者尝试从个人体验角度对管理学教学的具体方式进行了一些探讨。
