网站特性对网上银行接受态度的影响研究

摘    要:本研究旨在分析网站特性对网上银行接受态度的影响因素,文章以科技接受模型为相关研究的基础,根据网上银行网站特性划分为知识性、互动性、响应性、娱乐性四个构面,发展研究框架。在模型中,网站特性各维度分别对感知易用、信任和感知安全产生影响;感知易用对信任产生正向影响,感知安全对信任产生正向影响。感知易用、信任和感知安全又对网上银行接受态度产生正向影响。

Abstract:This paper aims to analysis the Site characteristics influence the Internet banking acceptance,this article based on the technology acceptance model,according to the characteristics of online banking site,we divided four dimensions which is informative,interactive,responsive and entertaining to development research framework.In the model,the site feature dimensions impact the perceived ease of use,trust,the perceived of safety;Perceived ease of use has positive effects on trust,perceived security has positive effects on trust.Furthermore,perceived ease of use,trust and the perceived of safety have positive effect to the acceptance of Internet banking.
